COVID-19 PROTOCOLS & INSTRUCTIONS

• All staff are fully vaccinated. Staff and Client masking are optional. Hand sanitizers are available for use at the reception upon request.
• Furnitures, equipments and tools used for service will be disinfected after each services/client.
• We ask that you stay home and cancel or re-schedule your appointment at the first sign of you feeling unwell. Cancellation fees due to illness will be waived. If you are recovering from Covid-19, we suggest that you completed your mandatory isolation and be asymtomatic for 48 hours before booking or rescheduling your appointment.
• We suggest that you will have second form of payment ready if the direct billing does not go through (these are beyond our control). 
• If you are new to the spa, please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment as you are require to fill out the related form prior to you r appointment.
