At Damara Day Spa Delta Regina your appointments are very important to our dedicated team of professionals. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that you would notify us at least 24 hours in advanced of any reschedule or cancellations. This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate other clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. Our fees are as follow:
No Show/Cancellation within 2 hours of appointment - Full charge on scheduled appointment/s
Cancellation/Rescheduling of less than 24 hours - 50% charge on scheduled appointment/s
Once we received the online bookings, we call customers to confirm the right location, time & right service they wanted to book. Sometimes clients happen to book online at a different location and a wrong service by mistake. Online bookings are not confirmed & guaranteed unless we have confirmed through a call or text. New client coming for the first time, please be ready with your credit card information for our cancellation policy.
Massages are performed by:
Spa Therapists (EST) - Relaxation massage with light to medium pressure, no direct
billing/reimbursement available under health benefits (insurance)
Registered massage therapists (RMT/Licensed) - Relaxation massage with light to firm pressure.
Therapeutic massage that helps with relieve pain,
reduce stress and work on specific problem such
as frozen shoulders, neck pain etc.
Kindly let us know your preference (RMT/Spa Therapist, male/female) when booking, any concerns (pregnancy, before or after a surgery etc.) to avoid any misunderstanding on the day of appointment. A friendly reminder, the spa will not be responsible for any preferences or concerns that were not provided to us at the time of booking.
Direct Billing is available but we do suggest that our customers to have second form of payment ready in the event that the direct bill does not go through (these are beyond our control). Our receipts are good for reimbursement.
In order to secure appointments and to uphold our cancellation policy we require credit card information from all customers.
Products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase date (with receipts) and 30 days for online. Products that have been opened or used will not be refunded or exchanged. If you are indecisive of any product(s) you may request a sample (if available). Limited samples per person.
Our discount and promotions can not be stacked or combined. If customers have any discount vouchers or any other discounts available to them then they have an option to choose which discount they would want to use first but not more than one on a same day.
Merchant is not responsible for lost, misdirected, misplaced or stolen card. Not Redeemable for cash and is also not refundable. Must be presented at time of service. Gift cards are only redeemable at a location they were purchased. Address of the location is at the back of the card.
