Once we receive online booking, we call customers to confirm right location, time & right service they wanted to book. Sometimes clients happen to book online at a different location and a wrong service by mistake. Online bookings are not confirmed & guaranteed unless we have confirmed through a call or text. New client coming for the first time, please be ready with your credit card information for our cancellation policy.
Products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase date and 30 days for online. Products that have been opened or used will not be refunded or exchanged. If you are indecisive of any product(s) you may request a sample (if available). Limited samples per person.
In order to secure appointments and to uphold our cancellation policy we require credit card information from all customers.
Merchant is not responsible for lost, misdirected, misplaced or stolen card. Not Redeemable for cash and is also not refundable. Must be presented at time of service. Gift cards are only redeemable at a location they were purchased. Address of the location is at the back of the card.

Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled services so you can fill out a client profile, view our amazing product lines and enjoy our complimentary beverages. (Due to COVID-19, we are not serving any beverages at this moment).
Please dress comfortably. We provide robes to wear during your visit. Professional and appropriate draping will be used during your treatments. We have disposable undergarments that you may wear during your body treatments. If you are more comfortable wearing your own bathing suit, please bring one along with you.
